Engineering and Construction recruitment specialists Wilde Recruitment are looking to hire Graduate Trainees.

The company works with clients internationally providing knowledge based recruitment solutions. Placements range from the highly technical, through to senior commercial and management roles.

Wilde Recruitment has seen a 35% increase in the number of candidates being hired for permanent positions over the last twelve months.

Although the level of permanent placements is still some way off the figures prior to 2008 (pre recession), this is still an encouraging sign.

The company expects this trend to continue over the next 12months especially with those clients engaged on international projects.
