The Role:
Our client requires an Assistant Project Controls Engineer to join the Project Controls team based in Manchester City Centre, supporting programme delivery. You will be required to extract data to compile reports around various inputs (qualitative and quantitative), performing analytical review of reports generated. You will provide cost control documents and support the cost control process for the project, supporting the scheduler in assessment of the impact of scope changes and schedule slippages. As Assistant Project Controls Engineer you will be involved in checking cost reporting documentation, monitoring costs and maintaining cost control and assisting in preparing all cost reports.

The Candidate:
You will be an Assistant/Junior Project Controls Engineer with experience working in Project Controls environment.
You will have an understanding of Project Controls, developing, updating and collating schedule information, cost control and resource management.
You must be able to extract data to compile reports around various inputs.
You should have a high level of IT skills across the Microsoft Office Suite.
You must be able to work well under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
You should have excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
