Building Services Surveyors - 3 Months+ Contract to provide conditional surveys of Hospital Building Services - Manchester

The Role:
M&E Building Services Surveyors required to carry out surveys for hospital building services covering: 
Full Stock Condition Survey: to include photos, remaining life expectancy of components
Provision of Data: All data captured is to be collated into a format suitable for importing into clients 

The Candidate:
Experienced conditional surveyor from the Mechanical Electrical / Building Services surveying sector
Engineering Plumbing and heating knowledge
Excellent skills in record keeping and supportive photographs and report writing 

You will need to be DBS cleared or be able to get clearance
