Building Surveyors required for conditional surveys of PFI assets (schools/hospitals) - £230/day - 3 Mths Contract
Key Skills; Building Surveying, Conditional Surveying.

The Role:
Conducting life cycle replacement assessment of building assets- to survey the building structure and fabric. You will be collecting data on assets using a tablet and provide estimated remaining life expectancies and costs to replace. This will be done via a pre-populated survey programme. There will also be some FFE data collection on some sites. The sites are PFI assets (schools/hospitals). 

The Candidate:
Experienced conditional surveyor from the building / housing surveying sector.
Able to communicate with occupants in a polite and professional manner.
Excellent skills in record keeping and supportive photographs and report writing 
Must be DBS or able to be DBS Cleared
