Civil Project Manager (water)

Civil Project Manager; 6 month Contract on Flood Risk Assessment projects for the Environment Agency based in West Midlands.

The Role:
Develop flood defence business cases, engaging with relevant stakeholders to provide project objectives, benefits, cost analysis, projected time scales and associated risks.
Provide reports on financial status, progress and issues.
Ensuring all business case documentation is fully compliant with EA procedures.
The successful candidate must have the ability to write clearly and concisely and be adept at communicating complex analytical information according to the needs of the audience-up to board level.

The Candidate:
Experience in the water industry; particularly flood risk management.
Project management experience including writing initial assessments and business case appraisals.
Experience with economic appraisals.
