The Role:
Our client BNS Naval Marine is looking to recruit a number of Commissioning Engineers and Technicians to work on a long term contract at Faslane.
The role involves:
Testing facilities, equipment & plant associated with Submarines, bring product or system to a point where it functions correctly, produces expected results for quality, safety, specification and performance, can be used effectively and is approved for ‘hand over’ or return to production or operations for ongoing effective use as designed and specified. 
Resolve complex commissioning problems, challenges issues and problems associated with an area of ship specialism, contributes to extending knowledge, articulates, defines and documents subject expertise, approaches and standards to extend business knowledge base within discipline, provides technical guidance to others relating to area of specialism or expertise.
Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Commissioning Engineer or Technician.
You MUST hold current SC Clearance or higher.
You should have marine / naval expertise.
You will need to have excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
