The Role:
Responsible for the leadership and management of project/program construction activities. 
You will be responsible for delivery of a construction task within a small to medium construction project. Technical, Financial, Strategic, Team, and Client/External Stakeholder Levels of Complexity are all minimal. 

The Candidate:
HNC/Degree in civil engineering or Construction
Experience of leading small to medium corporate projects. 
Ability to scope/schedule/sequence of project activities, client and/or team satisfaction, risk profile, quality, health/safety/environment, and financial performance of a project.
