Construction Project Engineer: to manage the construction of a range of projects; 6 months Suffolk 35.00hour.

The Role
As Construction Project Engineer you will be responsible for the management a range of building projects, from initial customer brief through to physical and financial completion. You will be responsible for the development of project briefs based upon client Design Instructions within the authorised budget (Construction Cost Limit CCL) and the raising of orders for the provision of design/works services and the management of agreed programme of deliverables. As Construction Project Engineer you will be liaising with the client’s representatives to obtain the agreement on actions and placing Works Orders and certifying contractor’s invoices. The role involves maintaining and updating Project Management database to facilitate management reports and supporting the management of consultants involved in Project Design and Project Management duties. You will be required to review design/contract packages and forward to line management for approval to tender/award. Carrying out Post Project reviews and project closeouts

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Construction Project Engineer with a strong background in building or M & E building services.
You will hold a minimum of current SC Clearance prior to starting.
