Document Controller - Warrington - Rate £25/hr - Contract 7months

The Project/Role/Duties:

The BEP EPC project will safely deliver a Processing Plant in accordance with the requirements of the contract to enable conditioning of wastes from donor plants. The project is in detailed design engaging with Sub-contractors (vendors and suppliers) through bidding, order placement and the management of the orders. Construction work is progressing.
The role involves:
Supporting the Delivery Engineering Manager (DEM) by monitoring the production of key project documentation required to support delivery to achieve the goals and objectives of the BEP EPC project.
Duties will include:
Production of information required to support status of delivery for project meetings.
Monitor the status for production, approval, impact assessment and implementation of Change Notification Forms and Design Change Proposals in accordance with the quality procedure.
Monitor the status of Sub-contractor Technical Queries.
Monitor the status of Work Site generated Technical Queries.
Provide periodic (weekly or monthly) Technical Query report.
Updates to the Configuration Baseline Tracker
Expedite periodic (weekly or monthly) Safety Observation Reports
Produce and submit overtime request forms to the APM for engineering resources.
Review of document tracking package.
Expedite the required signatures on Technical Requisitions for Enquiry and Contract award of Procurement Packages.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Candidates must be able to obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)


The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Document Controller / Graduate / Jnr Planner.
Ideally you will have worked within the Nuclear industry sector.
