Document Controller - WFH / UK - 6 months - Rate £250/day umb

Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side Network Rail in order to recruit a Document Controller to work on a 6 month contract WFH / Offices UK, Office visits in Swindon twice a week but could be based out of offices in Reading, Bristol, London and Wales.
As a Document Controller your role will involve:
Perform audits whilst effectively following the standard operating procedures when submitting documents to tight deadlines. Ensure all documents are compliant to standards set. Perform regular audits on corporate documents, to ensure that all documents are correctly submitted to other departments. Knowledge and understanding of file validation and document controlling. Ensure documents meet with departmental guidelines.

Key Accountabilities
Maintain document control processes and storage soft media.
Monitor so that the programme and project teams comply with document control processes and procedures.
Control information flows with external suppliers in accordance with document control requirements.


Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
Relevant successful experience of document control processes and techniques.

Desirable
Knowledge of the railway industry.
