Electrical Building Services Engineer - Liverpool - 3/6 months - Contract - £30-£40per hour

The Role:
Our client is an award winning design consultancy based in Liverpool. Due to an increase in work, they are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to work on a contract basis for an initial period of 3-6months. BIG variety of projects including; Schools, Warehouse, Commercial, Data Centre, Residential, Sports etc....
Your duties may include:
Feasibility, design and site stage activities on major and minor projects. (New and refurb)
Have an active role in project leadership and client facing activity.
High / low voltage power design.
Electronic building services system including; fire alarm, security, PA etc.
Design of Lighting / Emergency Lighting.
Coordination and spatial planning.
Have a strong record in leading teams.
Have a clear understanding or experience with a consultancy environment.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer.
You will need to have at least 5-10 years experience ideally with a consultancy background.
You should be qualified to at least HNC / HND level and have relevant exp.
You will have excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
