Electrical Building Services Engineer – STAFF or CONTRACT -  Bristol or Manchester

The Client / Role:
Working for a VERY well established multi disciplined Consultants based in Bristol or Manchester
They require an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to work mainly on commercial Projects
Duties will include:
Design of small power, lighting layouts and fire alarm systems.
Liaising with clients, architects and contractors on projects.
Attendance of Design Team Meetings and Workshops.
Liaise with senior members of staff in order to meet targets.
Building Services Design from Conceptualisation through to Practical Completion.

The Candidate: 
You will be an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer with 5-10 years experience.
You should be at least HNC/HND/Degree qualified.
You will be experienced in completion of cable sizing, infrastructure development.
Commercial project experience to include knowledge of statutory utilities, knowledge of lighting design, AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux & Relux.
A working knowledge of BIM (desirable, but not essential).
