Electrical CAD Designer; Didcot – 6 month Contract; 28/hour
KEY SKILLS; Electrical Designer, CAD Designer, AutoCAD, Schematics, As-built drawings.

The Role:
Electrical CAD Designer required for our client USKBS, based at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in Didcot, Oxfordshire to be responsible for the design and procurement of electrical systems. You will put together schematics from scratch and also update existing schematics; a number of drawings will need to be re-drawn in AutoCAD from other formats such as PDF files. You will be required to look at existing drawings and archive obsolete drawings. 

The Candidate:
You will be an Electrical CAD Designer experienced using AutoCAD.
You should have a minimum ONC/HNC Electrical Engineering qualification.
You should be experienced in schematics and as-built drawings.

Security Clearance Level Required – BPSS (DS).
