The Role:
The MoD’s Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) requires an Estates Surveyor to assist in the delivery of rural and built environment estate surveying services.

Duties will involve:
The successful Estates Surveyor will provide commercial and general estate surveying services and advice, such as;
Lease renewals, rent reviews, hiring, lettings, occasional use licences, valuations, wayleaves, easements, damage claims, byelaws and any other ad hoc land management issues as required.
In addition, they’ll act as liaison with the MoD contractor, QinetiQ whom are responsible for the practical delivery of both rural and built estate maintenance services and tasks.

The Candidate: 
Will have at least two years’ experience in providing the following surveying services;
Lease renewals, rent reviews, hiring, lettings, occasional use licences, valuations, wayleaves, easements, damage claims and byelaws.
Ideally be at least an Associate member of RICS, or hold a relevant land management degree (or similar)
Hold current BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) with Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check.
