Estates Surveyor - MOD - 6-12 Months Contract - c£350/day - South West

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced MRICS qualified Estate Surveyor to work for the MOD (Ministry of Defence).
The role will be accountable for the delivery of an agreed programme of LMS outputs and advice across all customers, as allocated by the Senior Estate Surveyor.
Services and advice to include: lease renewals, rent reviews, hirings, lettings, occasional use licences, valuations, wayleaves, easements, damage claims, bylaws and any other ad hoc land management issues as required.

The Candidate:
You will be a Estates Surveyor with at least  2-10 years experience
Professionally qualified - MRICS.
You should have experience of MOD projects, Land Management Services (LMS) , including Accommodation and the Training Estates.
As the Estates Surveyor the projects are delivered via in-house service delivery teams of Chartered Surveyors and experienced technical support staff, with support from Industry Partners
SC Clearance is advantageous.
