The Role
Our client, Babcock Naval Marine, is looking to recruit a Facilities Engineer - Mechanical Systems, based in Devonport Plymouth for an initial period of 6-12months/ongoing.

The role involves/duties may include:
Responsible Engineer for Mechanical Systems
Design of mechanical, nuclear process systems, industrial gas systems and mechanical building services.
Seismic analysis for mechanical process equipment.
Substantiation of process equipment for justification of Nuclear Safety Functions.
Lead and manage one or more technical design packages.
Managing technical teams producing the designs and making appropriate technical management responses.
Ensure that the design documentation covers the scope of operations.
Plan for effective project implementation, identifying key factors and leading the project's technical planning process.
Quality Management Arrangements.
Hazards and risks associated with the work undertaken.

The Candidate:
You will be ideally degree qualified or a Chartered Engineer.
You will have EXCELLENT communication skills both written and oral.
You should have at least 5-10+ years experience in a similar position.
