The Role:
The MoD’s Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) requires and experienced Hard Facilities / Asset Manager at RAF Mildenhall in support of the Base Facilities Management Agreement. This agreement falls under the £350m contract between the DIO and the United States Visiting Forces to provide delivery of facilities management and minor construction projects, supporting the United States’ overseas deployments within the UK.

Duties will involve:
As the Facilities/Asset Manager, you’ll be expected to;
Carry out assurance duties, checking that the prime contractors (Interserve and Engie) have completed planned maintenance, inspections and reactive repairs to satisfactory standards.
Be competent in dealing with planned maintenance schedules, and be sufficiently technically aware to confidently challenge performance issues, escalating to the C1 SEFM.
Attend and participate in site meetings as appropriate.
Provide specialist technical advice on facilities/asset management matters, including supporting stations, tracks and issues.

The Candidate: 
You MUST hold current SC clearance.
You must be able to demonstrate minimum 5 years’ experience of hard FM management. 
Have sound knowledge of IT systems and software including Ellipse, Maximo and/or SAP.
