Infrastructure Design Team Leader ; Permanent role based in Derbyshire; Salary £Negotiable

The Role:
As an Infrastructure Design Team Leader, you will be proficient in Highway and Drainage design for S38/S104/S278 Technical Approvals on residential, commercial and industrial sites, including Flood Risk Assessments with Drainage Strategies.

You will be required to lead and mentor others in design process and have strong working knowledge of MicroDrainage including PDS, Civils 3D or similar.

The Candidate:
You will ideally be a Chartered, approaching Chartered or be an Incorporated Engineer.
Experience of working in a consultancy design office with 10 plus years post graduate experience, together with an ability to liaise with Clients at all levels and manage the design team in delivering multiple projects.
Technical responsibilities for ensuring designs are delivered in accordance with current standards & best practices.
