Ongoing contract opportunity for a Lease Advisory Surveyor to be based in Wakefield on local authority commercial properties
KEY SKILLS; MRICS, Valuation, Surveying, Leasing agreements

The Role:
Providing rent review, lease renewal and related advice on commercial property throughout the Wakefield area.
Support and advice to clients on break clauses, lease restructuring and leasehold matters.
Client focused role ensuring accurate and timely delivery of service.
General Landlord & Tenant work and providing financial reporting and budgeting for clients.
Advising both public and private sector clients.

The Candidate:
MRICS or 10 years experience.
Experience of property valuation surveying and agreements for Landlord and Tenants.
Good team player as well as being able to work independently using own initiative.
Numerate, IT Literate, with first class communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritise workload.
