Manufacturing Engineer - 6 months+ Contract - £18/£25 per hour.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen due to an increase of work for our client.
They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work on flow production of units and sub-assemblies to prove the production process in the NPI environment before full entry into service.
Some basic electrical testing would be available if required.  

Experience required;
Manufacturing methods and procedures (Fabrication).
Manufacturing Quality
Presentation of technical information
CAD/CAM design
Evaluation of manufacturing processes; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, tooling and materials.
Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
Improvement of manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning workflow
Assure product and process quality by designing inspection/testing methods; testing of finished-product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Manufacturing Engineer ideally with 5+ years experience.
You will be qualified to ONC / HNC / HND level.
Ideally you will have some experience within Defence, Aerospace, Automotive Industry sectors.
