The Role:
Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) to join a team engaged on a varied range of projects types including; Commercial, Hospitals and Education etc etc...   

Your duties may include:
Building services design including the production of specifications and schedules and provision of  external reports and advice to clients.
Working to client briefs providing assistance in project estimations, site supervision and provision of assistance in the financial control of projects

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer with consultancy experience.(ESSENTIAL)
Experience with Revit and other design software i.e. Hevacomp, IES etc.
Ideally you will have gained experience of a range of project types including; Hospitals, commercial, office refurbishments, industrial, schools, university, housing, residential and healthcare. 
You must have a HND/ HNC or Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
