The Client:
This established engineering consultancy is one of the largest companies in the market. They specialise in the design and project management of varied projects including commercial, residential, leisure, retail,industrial, education & health. 

The Role:
To support the client as they begin a number of newly won projects through acting in the capacity of a Mechanical Building Services Engineer
To undertake building services design, production, specifications and schedules and provide external reports and advice to clients.
Carry out key responsibilities of a building services design Engineer such as; client briefs, assist in project estimations, site supervision, manage small teams (Mechanical and Electrical), and assist in financial control of projects.

The Candidate:
Experienced Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer with consultancy experience.
Mechanical Building Services background is ESSENTIAL. 
Experience with Revit and other design software ie. Hevacomp, IES etc. 
Experience working on general buildings ie. commercial, industrial, education, residential, health etc. 
You must have a HND/ HNC or Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
