The Role:
To oversee highways team
Ensure highway engineering design and work content is delivered on time and on budget
Prepare designs, specifications, and drawings for numerous highway schemes and maintenance projects. 
Public consultation
Produce reports on projects as directed 
Evaluate engineering problems
Staff management

The Candidate:
5+ years experience working within Highways Engineering 
BSc in civil engineering
Experience with preliminary/detailed design of highway schemes and Bills of Quantities
