Project Engineer - Sutton Coldfield - £450/day Umbrella - 6month Contract - MOD

Our client the MOD is looking to recruit an Project Engineer to work in Sutton Coldfield for an initial period of 6 months on a contract basis.
Please note this role does fall INSIDE IR35.
The Role involves / your duties may include:
The Electrical Infrastructure (EI) Section provides an engineering framework for the design, construction, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure including aeronautical ground lighting systems (AGL) and its associated control systems.
This involves the provision of technical oversight and safety assurance functions.
The EI Section provide the DIO Intelligent client interface with Industry for electrical infrastructure systems including HV and LV Distribution systems. The EI Senior Electrical Engineer (SEE) (HV/LV)
Implementation of the electrical safe system of work including the development of the safety rules and procedures and undertaking assurance activities; the development and maintenance of technical documentation and the provision of technical support to customers; and the development of technical policy.Assessment of AEsAssurance (Active/Reactive/Monitoring/ AE Audits/etc.)Assisting the Custodian of Chapter 3 (JSP375 Volume 3)Accident/incident Investigation including, where necessary, undertaking investigations.Issue of Safety Alerts and Information Notes for HV and LV generation, transmission and distribution systems.Management of Electrical Incident/DO dBase, NEDeRS, and co-ordination with DIO reporting systems.
You will be an experienced Project Engineer.
You will have at least 5-10 years experience
You will be qualified ideally to Degree, Chartered or Incorporated Engineer level.
