Project Manager; 12 Months Contract; £398/day (Umbrella); Portsdown West

The Role:
Our client MOD / DSTL is looking to recruit a Project Manager to work on a contract basis initially for 12 months based at Portsdown West.
Your duties will include:
Designing, planning, and implementing a project which delivers the desired outputs, set out in the Project Mandate.
Defining the project’s governance framework including monitoring and control regime, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, quality and assurance, information management, resource management, procurement plan.
Identifying, managing and mitigating the project risks (Technical, Financial, Commercial, Health and Safety, Environmental, Security).   
Establishing, maintaining and controlling project documentation and management information.  

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Project Manager with at least 5-10years experience.
You will be qualified to at least HND / Degree level.
You will have current SECURITY CLEARANCE.
You will have significant experience working on MOD projects.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

As per the amended intermediaries’ legislation (IR35); this assignment is deemed to be a Public Sector off Payroll Assignment inside IR35 for Tax and NI.
This assignment therefore can only be offered via; a tax compliant Umbrella Company
