SC Cleared Project Manager; 3months Contract; London; £400-£500.0/day (Umbrella)

The Role:
Our client the Home Office is looking to recruit an experienced SC Cleared Project Manager to work on an initial 3 month contact based in London.
Duties:
Delivering projects into maturing ITIL service management / operations functions.
Managing a number of major, complex and sensitive projects successfully.
Providing local day to day management of the assigned project teams ensuring effective integration of these activities with the rest of the Finance Services Organisation.
Plan projects, monitor overall progress, manage risks, opportunities and resolve issues as required to keep the project on track to its agreed baseline and objectives.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years experience.
You will hold current SC Clearance.
You will be experienced with / have a good understanding of ITIL or SIAM.
You will have excellent people skills and communication skills both written and oral.
Expert in all aspects of the Risk and opportunity Management process.
Expert leadership, delegation and team building skills for the effective people management of complex business change programmes.
High level problem solving and analytical skills.
Expert in project review and control, including the use of performance measures for change programmes.

As per the amended intermediaries’ legislation (IR35); this assignment is deemed to be a Public Sector off Payroll Assignment inside IR35 for Tax and NI.
This assignment therefore can only be offered via a tax compliant Umbrella Company
