Role:
Our client is a London based Project Management Consultancy business working within the retail construction and development industry.
Due to huge internal  growth and consistent client wins, they are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to supplement the team and increase delivery capability.

Candidate:
Between 5-8 Years of relevant PM experience.
Degree Qualified.
Hands-on approach and able to multitask projects effectively
Able to lead teams and mentor junior members of staff
Highly Client Facing and able to liaise at all levels
Broad exposure to different ends of Project Management, but mostly development and construction 
Offering comprehensive understanding of site acquisition, feasibility, strategy, procurement, design reviews and stakeholder management.
Located within or adjacent to the London area and comfortable with a Central London base as well as UK-wide project locations.
