Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) in order to recruit a Project Manager initially to work on a 3 month contract WFH.
As a Project Manager your responsibilities and duties will include:
Create and lead the project to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.

Day to day management and leadership of the project and all project documents and tools. Provide effective leadership and management controls. Design the project structure and organisation appropriate to stage. Set appropriate delivery methodologies that align to the corporate governance and controls.

Develop and draft Project Mandates and supporting Business Case, with input from specialists as necessary.

Understand the project timelines and work across our business and the customer’s to ensure we’re meeting required milestones.

Identify any further resource and skill requirements.

Identify and manage stakeholder relationships and the need for senior level support. Manage internal and external relationships as appropriate.

Identify and monitor project risks and issues. Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate and ensure that interdependencies with other projects are managed.

Support effective governance and decision making. Provide reporting and engage in mechanisms that hold you, as Project Manager, to account for delivery.

Engage with assurance reviews and Corporate Programme Management Office (CPMO) healthchecks and support action on recommendations. Organise assurance processes such as gateway reviews, as required.

Essential Criteria:

Successful management of several low or medium complexity projects or have held a specialist or work strand lead role within a project.

Experience running projects in a complex environment, with conflicting priorities.

Demonstrable experience of working in similar sector with a commercial, fast paced, multi-site environment.

Candidate:
You will be an experienced Project Manager.
5-10 years exp.
Public Sector experience essential.
