The Role:
Project Manager – Construction required to deliver a residential project together with the associated upgrades to infrastructure, including services and on/off site highways

Duties: 
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a large/complex construction project.  
In addition: 
You will manage financial data to ensure accurate expenditure and forecasts are maintained up to date utilising the client’s internal IT management system. 
Manage the risk register and issues log, escalating where necessary those that cannot be managed locally within a package area. 
Manage relationships with contacts at all levels in order to establish effective working relationships between members of the project teams, programme manager, key stakeholders and suppliers. 

The Candidate: 
You will be qualified to HNC/Degree level in Construction or related discipline. In addition, you should be qualified to APMP or hold another other Project Management qualification.
Candidates need to hold current Security Clearance
