Project Manager – Property Refurbishment up to £36.0/hr, c10month contract, Hampshire, Sussex and Kent.
As per the amended intermediaries’ legislation (IR35); this assignment is deemed to be a Public Sector off Payroll Assignment inside IR35 for Tax and NI.
This assignment therefore can only be offered via; a tax compliant Umbrella Company or on a PAYE basis.

The Role:
Project Manager, roperty refurbishment and maintenance to be responsible for delivering a project as part of client's property project plan.
You will be leading on and supporting on projects based in Worthing, Kent and Winchester areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of projects based in the south east (Hampshire, Sussex and Kent), so a willingness to travel is essential.
Duties:
You will be responsible for developing the business case with the support of the project board, procuring the contractors, and then implementing the preferred option.
You will manage contractors, manage health and safety and manage the client.
You will produce monthly highlight reports, organise and manage project boards and engage with staff representatives to manage the change in working practices.

The Candidate:
You will be a qualified Project Manager with experience of building and property refurbishment projects ideally gained in the public sector or similar.
You will be educated to HNC/degree level in a relevant subject (building, construction, quantity surveying).
Project Management qualifications desirable.
You will have extensive experience in project managing office refurbishments, office relocations and new builds.
In addition you will have experience of the following:
Developing business cases, managing contractors, procuring contractors, CDM regulations, managing health and safety and managing property change projects.
