The Role:
QA Engineer (Quality Assurance) to join a team at the MoD; responsible for assuring the Quality of Defence Equipment by deploying the GQA framework (Government Quality Framework) within the Delivery Team and across the contractual boundary. 

Duties: 
Identifying contractual QA requirements and verifying adequacy of contractor’s quality planning, providing independent assurance of supplier and supply chain capability. Informing on risk management and contractor selection, performance and risk management, providing independent assurance to support acceptance, and promoting continual improvement within the supply chain.

The Candidate: 
You will be an experienced Quality Assurance professional ideally qualified to degree/HND level in quality or a related discipline. 
You will have a min 5 years post qualification experience gained in one or more roles.
You will have breadth of technical and QA experience across more than one discipline and environments.
A breadth of industry/manufacturing and QA experience gained through involvement with multiple
projects and domains and a breadth of supply chain engagement across a number of technologies.
You will ideally be a Chartered Quality Professional (CQP) or have demonstrable equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
MOD Quality Practitioner License desirable but not essential.
