The Role:
Our client BBUK require a Quantity Surveyor to work on a contract basis in Nottinghamshire for an initial period of 3-6months.
Your duties may include:
The responsibility to hire out the plant through compelling proposals and get paid for contracts hired within Plant. Requirement is covering from Pre contract through to Post Contract.
Developing and writing proposals (or formal tenders), 
Estimating, cost – value modelling, delivering job through to contract administration and close out.  

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years exp.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
You will have professional qualifications.
