The Role:
The MoD’s Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) requires two Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers to assist in the delivery of their Commercial Infrastructure Delivery Plan (CIDP) which represents major works and upgrades to the infrastructure and facilities of key military sites within the South-West. This project is valued at £95m and requires delivery before the end of FY2018-2019.

Duties will involve:
Provide assurance of service delivery and statutory compliance of the estate.
Provide key stakeholder engagement and feedback on industry partners delivery.
Performance management to ensure that the industry partner is providing the correct level of service against agreed indicators.
Manage issue resolution, to maintain operational outputs against agreed Statements of Need (SON) and in-year programme delivery.

The Candidate: 
Will have membership of one or more of the following chartered bodies;
Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)
Chartered Institute of Facilities Management (CIFM)
Experience of Value For Money (VFM) assessments
Demonstrable history of key stakeholder management and partner performance management
Hold active Security Check (SC) clearance.
