Quantity Surveyor - £Neg - Bristol - 6 months +

The Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a contract basis in Bristol initially for 6 months.
You will be involved in the appointment and management of large sub-contract accounts.
Formulation of cost and cash flow forecasts, compilation and agreement of valuations and identification of change
Advising on preparation of associated quotations.
Responsible for keeping all relevant records updated on IFS (e.g. payment certificates, retention, contract docs etc).
Prepare and submit applications for payment promptly ensuring payment is received on time to keep debtor days to a minimum.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with several years experience within power / engineering / construction.
Experience managing a number of sub contract accounts.
Experience keeping all relevant records updated.
You will be qualified to HNC / HND level.
