The Role:
Senior Mechanical Engineer required to start as soon as possible in Reading AWE on a 6 months contract.
You will be accountable to the Lead Engineer for delivery of technical substantiation work in support of pressurised system designs (small bore pipework incorporating filtration and valving for containment of toxic explosive products).

The Candidate:
You will be degree/HND/HNC qualified and have a mechanical background - structures plus pressure systems.
You will have strong technical capability.
You will be able to produce technical reports and hand calculations plus specification of pressure testing, etc.
You will have Nuclear/Defence experience in mechanical structures, pressure systems and be able to produce technical reports, able to do hand calculations and preparation of specifications of pressure testing.
You will be SC cleared.
