Senior Process Engineer; Burton upon Trent; c£35-£42/hr; Ongoing Contract

The Role:
Our client is a world leader within the engineering world. They specialise in the Food, Brewery, Pharmaceutical, Life Science industry sectors. Due to an increase in work load they are looking to recruit a Senior Process Engineer to work on a long term contract basis in the East Midlands area.
As a Senior Process Engineer your duties may include: 
Taking projects from conceptual stage through to detailed design, implementation and commissioning. 
Design of process systems - P&ID’s, utilisation calculations, mass & energy balances, equipment sizing calculations, pressure drop calculations, HAZOP Co-ordination of design with other design disciplines and equipment suppliers Ownership of process-engineering work packages through all project phases to site acceptance. 
Completion of Design Risk Assessments.
Deliver on agreed project objectives within budget hours and schedule. 
Interfacing with Client team. 
Ensure quality assurance and project compliance with current industry best practice and legal requirements including CDM Regulations. 
Mentoring of junior / graduate Engineers.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Process Engineer
You will have at least 5-10years experience.
You should be educated ideally to at least HNC level.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
