Senior Project Manager; £525.00/day (Umbrella); 5month Contract; Central London  
KEY Skills: Project Manager, Public Sector, APM, Prince2, SC Level Clearance required
NB: This role is in-scope of IR35

The Role:
Senior Project Manager required by the MoD to work within the Armed Forces People Programme providing support to the day to day delivery of one particular project (New Joiner Offer) until all the documentation is up to date and the project is planned. 

Duties will include:
You will be responsible for the plans, benefits identification and management and tracking, dashboard creation and updating, risks, issues, dependency and opportunity management, advice and guidance and delivery of PMO papers within the governance of the project. 
Once all the project documentation is up to date and the project manager has the documentation then support, as required, other projects across the Armed Forces People Programme advising and providing guidance and undertaking specific PMO activities as requested. 
Requirement to mentor and coach staff on project planning and PMO activities across the project teams. 
Manage and upskill (as required) the current project manager

The Candidate: 
You will be an experienced Project Manager with significant experience (minimum 5 years) in Senior Project Management roles in Central Government/Public Sector (at least over 5 years) 
You will ideally be degree qualified with qualifications in MSP, APM or Prince2
You will hold current SC Level Clearance

As per the amended intermediaries’ legislation (IR35); this assignment is deemed to be a Public Sector off Payroll Assignment inside IR35 for Tax and NI.
This assignment therefore can only be offered via; a tax compliant Umbrella Company or on a PAYE basis.
