Technical Author - Hereford - Duration 12 months - Rate c£540/day umbrella
Key words / skills: Technical Author, MOD, SC or DV  Cleared.

Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side the MOD to recruit a SC or DV Cleared Technical Author.
As a Technical Author your responsibilities and duties will include:
 
The supplier must have experience compiling technical documentation to a high-quality standard, for use by an audience with a specified level of technical competence & baseline training/experience.

The supplier must produce documentation for the Unified Communications (UC) project required in order to deliver required GFI for the continued development of support documentation (AESPs), to include, but not be limited to:

• Work Instructions (WI)
• Knowledge Articles (KA)
• Build Guides
• Supporting Documents if required
o Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan
o Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Two sets of the above documentation are required to cover two systems; Reference system & Production system.
• The supplier shall submit all documentation to the Authority for review and update the documentation in response to Authority instruction, corrections & comments.

The supplier must provide technical authoring (as directed), review and quality assurance of additional GFI documentation required to deliver technical publications required in order to achieve acceptance and in support of ILS Team.

• Must be solely UK national
• Must hold a current & valid security clearance, minimum level: SC without caveats.

Candidate:
You will be an experienced Technical Author.
Security Cleared.
