Technical Clerk - Newport - 3 month Contract - £130/day Ltd

The Role:
Our client BBUKTGW is looking to recruit a Technical Clerk to work on a contract basis initially for 3months based at Newport.
Your duties will include:
Assisting the Engineering Foundations and Delivery departments in the compiling of documentation. 
Working closely with the onsite Engineering Teams. 
Providing complete administration function for the project. 
Preparing test packs. 
Supporting the SSOW activities. 
Record keeping – recording daily records. 
Inputting day work sheets. 
Co-ordinate appropriate storage of hard and soft copy material. 
Ensure that site paperwork is being captured correctly and being filtered through to all those necessary. 
Complete accurate data entry on databases. 
Ad-hoc duties as and when required from management.  

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Technical Clerk / Document Controller with at least 5 years' experience.
You will ideally have worked within the Rail industry sector or other highly regulated sector.
You will have excellent computer and administration skills
You should have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
