The Role:
Our client is a LEADING Architectural Practice in city centre, Manchester, who are recruiting a Town Planner to join a vibrant growing team.
Your duties may include;
·Carrying out planning research and providing planning guidance to architects and designers.
·The preparation of, submission and monitoring of planning applications.
·Preparing and producing reports including design and access statements.
·Taking the lead as Planning Policy Champion for the practice.

The Candidate:
You will be a Town Planner with at least 5 - 10 years' experience within the private or public sector. 
Ideally qualified or working towards Chartered RTPI status.
Experience within / having worked within Architectural Practice - advantageous.
Be capable of working independently supporting Architects and Designers.
