It has been reported that construction on the Thames Tideway project, will now start next year following the confirmation of both the investors to finance and deliver the scheme and contract agreements on the 24km tunnel drive under London.
The Construction enquirer reports: Contractors have started mobilising after mega contracts for the three main tunnel drives on the Thames Tideway project were signed off”
It is estimated that at its peak the project will create more than 9,000 jobs.
