Imtech cuts engineering services staff
Imtech the Building services contractor; has announced there will be staff cuts at its engineering services offices at Kirkham, Lancashire.
The Kirkham office is the largest of Imtech’s three regional engineering services centres, and employs around 100 staff.
It is understood that the office which turns over more c£50m, has recently been hit by delays on a number of large contracts; which has resulted in the announcement.
Engineering services forms a key element of the Imtech business, which as well as mechanical and electrical engineering services also undertakes the management of facilities, and the integration of digital control solutions.
