The Role:  Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS):
Working in a small team based in Sutton Coldfield delivering the SLAM (Single Living Accommodation Modernisation) project.
You will be responsible for audit, scrutiny and sign-off of final accounts and the evaluation of claims and disputes. Support and assurance in relation to financial reporting and forecasting. Responsible for the analysis and validation of actual costs incurred on project milestones.
Responsible for the evaluation of financial forecasts to monitor expenditure against project cost plan, to inform development and review of final accounts.

The Candidate:
You will be a qualified QS with a minimum 10 years recent relevant (Quantity Surveying) experience or 5 years post-qualification experience.
You will have experience of MPTC/Actual Cost MoD contracts would be desirable.
Driving Licence would be desirable.
