The Role:
Working in the street lighting department for our client as a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the engineers in receiving reports of outages or damage to lighting columns and taking down the information by incoming telephone calls or via the internet and email. You will liaise with the engineers regarding the issues so they can prioritise the workload and will respond back to the original caller as to when the works will be carried out. Tasks include updating the inventory system and excel spreadsheets.

The Candidate:
You will have experience of administration.
You will have experience using Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel.
You must have planning and organisational skills.
