Excellent 3 month + contract opportunity for an Airport Planner to contribute to multi-disciplinary airport design, engineering and planning teams; based in London: Rate up to £50 ph

The Role:
The principal function of this position is to contribute to multi-disciplinary airport design / engineering / planning teams for a broad client base.
The London Aviation Team has been traditionally the centre of excellence for our global offering, providing all key aviation disciplines from one location, able to lead or support aviation projects in UK and internationally.
All global offices support each other as project demands require, and opportunities for travel may occur.

The Candidate:
You will have a relevant degree; most likely in airport planning.
A minimum of 5 years experience in airport planning and design, mostly gained with a consulting firm.
Airport simulation software, AutoCAD and AviPlan knowledge is desirable.
Understanding of the design process as applied to airports projects.
Knowledge and experience in the application of the relevant technical and planning guidelines and standards to airports bids and projects.
Appreciation of commercial awareness and project control.
