Architectural Technician - Coventry - 6 month contract - £30/£32 hr

The Role:
Provision of architectural services associated with construction projects through all stages of the design process to include planning, concept design, detail design and implementation.
Particular emphasis on the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, chemical, food and process related industries.
Delivery of architectural solutions for site master planning, feasibility studies, scheme and detailed design and construction support stages.
Preparation and checking of architectural design work on allocated projects, including drawings and specifications for all project stages. This will particularly relate to detailing all elements of the building fabric co-ordination of the design to ensure good interface with all other disciplines.

The Candidate:
You will have knowledge of planning and building regulations requirements and submission processes.
Minimum 5 years experience.
Demonstrable experience in architectural design to design codes and standards with good knowledge of materials and construction techniques.
Specific industry awareness in pharmaceutical, chemical and food sectors with knowledge of cGMP requirements and of cleanroom construction.
Extensive AutoCAD experience.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and NBS software.
Revit.
