Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd is working along side Network Rail in order to recruit an Assistant Building Surveyor to work on a 6 month contract based at Milton Keynes and Watford.
As an Assistant Building Surveyor your responsibilities and duties will include:
Building Surveyors, work routinely involves providing estimates of costs for replacement buildings, advising on development appraisals, negotiating dilapidations, condition surveys and advising on cost and specification proposals. 
Your excellent knowledge of construction economics and the technical aspects of building surveying will be matched with your planning, organisational and analytical skills. 
You will have an excellent knowledge of building services and a good technical background in services for a wide variety of buildings.
PTS will be required at some point in the future.
Must have a driving licence as will be required to drive to assests.
- Assisting BS to survey around 800 properties across the region.
- Undertaking surveying duties, updating the assets basis.
- Taking site inspection duties.
- Assisting with survey plans and CAD - computer aided
design.
- Getting out into portfolio of assets.

Key skills, behaviours and
values:
Would suit a graduate surveyor looking for 1st role in Building Surveyor or a mature student.

Candidate:
You will be an Assistant Building Surveyor.
Good communication skills.
