The Role:
Working in the technical engineering department for our client as a Document Controller/Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the engineers in receiving reports of outages or damage to lighting columns logging the information received via telephone calls and email. You will liaise with the engineers regarding the issues so they can prioritise the workload.
Tasks include updating the inventory system and excel spreadsheets.

The Candidate:
You will have experience of working within a technical office.
You will have experience using Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel.
You must good communication and organisational skills.
