3 -month Contract for an Assistant Geoenvironmental Engineer / Engineering Geologist – Based in Stockton on Tees - Rate: c£25 ph

The Role: 
Assistant Geoenvironmental Engineer / Engineering Geologist 
Technical supervision of ground investigation contractor to ensure compliance with the specification Specifying groundwater and gas monitoring instrumentation on site based on borehole findings Daily reporting of findings to technical lead including preliminary ground models 

The Candidate: 
A relevant geology based degree is required, with a MSc an advantage but not a requirement, plus a minimum of each of the following: 
Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in supervision and interpretation of both geotechnical and geoenvironmentally focused ground investigations.
1 day IOSH Working Safely (on Geotechnical Sites) qualification; 
CSCS card – Academically Qualified Person or equivalent. Assistant Geoenvironmental Engineer
