Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Highways: Contract, Wokingham, Duration: at least 3-months, Rate: c£200/day Ltd

The Role:
Balfour Beatty are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a highways and/or civil engineering background to join the Wokingham Highways Term Maintenance Contract team.

Duties will involve:
Producing construction phase plans in accordance with CDM.
Producing and checking Risk assessments prior to works being carried out.
Snagging and Quality management.
Manage their team and supply chain to deliver projects to time, cost, and quality targets and standards.
Running reports and analysing data to ensure the works are programmed to exceed our  targets and KPIs.
Ensure safety targets and standards are maintained.

The Candidate:
Will have;
A construction or commercial related diploma or degree
NEC contract experience
Competent measuring skills
Experience of schedule of rates billing
Construction Design Management (CDM) experience
Valid CSCS card
Full driving licence.
